For the past year the Williamsport Branch YMCA staff and volunteers have been working hard on a strategic plan for the next five years. We have discovered through this process that we need to create a more efficient and flexible facility that is bright and inviting, energy efficient and helps us meet the needs of our community. For the next few years we will be preparing for a capital campaign in 2012 to create a new/renovated downtown facility to ensure that the Williamsport YMCA will continue to meet the needs of our community for many years to come.
