CHILD WATCH PROGRAM:
Monday - Friday          9:00 am - 11:30 am
Monday - Thursday     5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday                      9:00 am - 11:00 am


Located in the Children's Discovery Workshop
6 weeks to 8 years of age

*Note:  To provide the best care for your children we require the following: children still in need of diapers to toilet must provide both wet wipes and additional diapers, children under the age of 6 months must be accompanied by a car seat carrier; and all children must be in good health to participate, if the child is present with a condition that compromises the health and safety of the other children and staff care may be denied.

Group Personal Training (3-5 Individuals)
Looking for a head to toe workout incorporating a variety of strength, cardiovascular, and core exercises? Group training is perfect for families, friends, seniors, youth, teammates, and/or adults. We can also place you in a group if interested.   10 Sessions  - 50 minutes

Women’s Center
Private workout area for Women 18 years and older unless accompanied by an adult includes: Circuit Training Equipment and Free Weights (Free Orientation), Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, Stepper, Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool & Locker Rentals.


Parent & Tot Fitness

Classes consist of functional fine and gross motor activities for Toddler and Preschool age children.  Parents will work along side their child to improve upon basic skills such as:  hand/eye/foot coordination, tumbling moves, balance, speed, and strength. 
Parents must participate with child(ren) as a spotter and encourager!  Meets in the Gymnastics Room.  Parents may register to attend with a maximum of 2 children to maintain proper supervision.

18 Months to 5 Years of Age—Monday 10:00 – 10:45 AM

Sessions:
Spring Session I:  April 12th - May 24th
Member:  $28/child, Non-Member:  $33.25/child


Yoga Fitness for Adults and Children
Adult Classes (Age 13+): Adult classes will focus primarily on safely correcting posture, increasing flexibility, and improving balance through a fusion of the Yin and Vinyasa-flow sub categories of traditional Hatha Yoga. This variety of yoga practice has also been dubbed “Postural Yoga” for its focus on spinal health and mobility. This type of practice is designed for, and beneficial to, people of nearly every age group regardless of experience level,
athletic ability, or previous injury. Pilates classes will focus on increasing the strength and mobility of the core postural muscles.

*Fee enables participants to attend all 4 classes per week

Children's Classes (Ages 6 to 14 years):

Classes will consisit of both interactive instruction in the balancing and inverted poses as well as, the basics of good posture and safety while stretching.  Additionally, a few minutes each class period will be devoted to incorporating those postures and movements into short vinyasas, moving from one pose to the next while following the cadence of one's own breath.

Speed & Explosion
This program is designed to help athletes develop and improve the speed, explosion, core strength, balance, and agility needed to face the competition no matter what the sports arena.  Pre-season, out of season, or the general sports enthusiast will benefit from these drills and exercise techniques!  Meets in the Arena and/or Aerobics Room.

9 – 14 years of age through Adult

Tuesday and Thursday:     4:00 – 4:45 PM
