Inclement Weather Program Policy

(Policy for all YMCA programs except Child Care) 

If the Williamsport School District has a morning delay:

• Classes will begin at 10:00am

If the Williamsport School District is closed:

• All classes are canceled until 4:00pm.
• A decision will be made by 2:00pm in regards to all evening classes.

If the Williamsport School District has an early dismissal:

• All classes are canceled until 4:00pm.
• A decision will be made by 2:00pm in regards to all evening classes.

In case of late afternoon or evening inclement weather:

• The status of all classes will be determined by the Branch Executive Director.

Notification of cancellations:

• Please follow the Williamsport School Districts cancellations and closings.
• The following radio and TV stations will be notified of our cancellations (See list below):
