AQUATICS DIRECTOR WANTED

The Williamsport Branch YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic professional who will provide leadership and management to our aquatics department.  The Aquatics Director will be responsible for program development, staff development, fiscal management and member services for the YMCA indoor pool facility. 

Qualification:  This position requires a commitment to the YMCA mission and its core values of: Caring, Honesty Respect and Responsibility.  Applicants must have a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, current aquatic, lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications and prior pool management experience, trainer level certifications a plus.  The Aquatics Director must be a highly motivated and organized team player who is willing to lead our aquatic programs to the next level.
